About the Reforged Community Reforged is a community-driven, fan-made gameplay overhaul project built by and for players who want a deeper, more challenging Valheim experience. Inspired by Norse myth and long-term progression design, Reforged expands the world with new quests, living NPCs, reworked dungeons, bosses, crafting systems, and interconnected mechanics where player choices matter.

Our community is at the heart of everything we build. Reforged is continuously updated, rebalanced, and expanded based on testing, feedback, and collaboration with our players.

Each major release (typically once per month), we distribute approximately 50 free Closed BETA keys to the community. To date, more than 700 free keys have been shared.

All news, announcements, patch notes, and updates are published through our Discord news channels, which currently include over 4,250 members. Since launch, the project website has been visited by more than 100,000 players, with over 275,000 total downloads across the lifetime of the project.

Reforged is a fan-made community project. A legitimate copy of Valheim is required to play. No endorsement or affiliation with Iron Gate AB or Coffee Stain Publishing is claimed. The project is protected by KeyManager.
