We boast a unique reputation tracking system, so you can know who you're dealing with and what other users have thought of their transactions. Those who have been found to be breaking server rules to the extent of not being trustworthy are banned and added to a "blacklist", a catered list of users and some personal identifiers that you can cross-reference with new accounts to make sure you're not running into the same people. We are doing everything we can to educate users and give the safest experience for buying/selling/trading on Discord.
