[BFComms] Battlefield 6 - 1.3.2.0 Update
We’re continuing to track player reports and feedback following today’s update, and wanted to share a quick status update on several topics currently being discussed.
Aerial Space Updates With today’s update, we’ve expanded the airspace boundary on New Sobek City, Manhattan Bridge, and Eastwood by approximately 20% to give pilots more room to maneuver, engage, and chase down targets. The airspace boundary on Blackwell Fields has been expanded by approximately 25% to further improve jet maneuverability and combat. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on these maps. As mentioned in our 2026 roadmap, we have more changes coming to New Sobek City and Blackwell Fields later this year, and we’ll continue to take in your feedback as we evaluate further map adjustments.
PP-19 Bonus Path Progression We’re aware that completing all currently available Challenges does not complete the Explosive Charge Bonus Path or unlock the PP-19 SMG. This is actively being investigated, and we’ll share more when we have an update. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.
Battle Royale Lighting With today’s update, we implemented an initial change intended to help alleviate some of the lighting issues players are encountering in certain Battle Royale areas, including the Lighthouse. Unfortunately, this first rollout does not appear to have resolved the underlying issue, as we’re still seeing reports of this occurring in the live game. We’re continuing to investigate what’s causing this and will provide an update as we get closer to a resolution.
Game Hanging on BF6 Logo We’re aware of reports from some players that the game may hang on the BF6 logo screen after leaving a match. The team is investigating this issue, and we’ll share more when we have an update. Separately, we’re also aware of an issue that may occur when installing content from the front-end menu. For now, we recommend avoiding installing from the in-game front-end menu while we continue looking into this.
Thank you for your reports and patience while we continue looking into these topics.
